JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary function of the Inside Sales Engineer is to communicate with Zero Zone customers, Engineering, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, the Purchasing Manager and Controller on day-to-day activities regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, designs and applications. The team-focused Inside Sales Engineer will develop and plan mechanical and electrical designs of supermarket/industrial refrigeration systems, based on information provided by the customers, providing detailed quotations to end users.  Other job duties include coordination or orders and delivery schedules with field personnel.  The Inside Sales Engineer will also act as a coordinator between all internal departments and customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BSME and a thorough understanding of refrigeration or a minimum of 8-10 years experience working with or designing commercial or industrial refrigeration systems.  Experience with glycol or CO2 cooling systems is beneficial. A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills are desired.  Applicant must be proficient in the use of computers in an MS Windows/MS Office environment.
