When calling in for parts, what information should I have?
You should have the Zero Zone model number, serial number, and manufacturer of the doors (if ordering door & frame parts).
What is the minimum order for parts?
There is a $25 minimum order requirement.
Is there a restocking charge?
Yes, there is a 15% restocking charge.
How do you ship parts orders?
For smaller orders under 100 lbs, we ship UPS, DHL, or SpeeDee Delivery. Orders can be shipped Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air. For orders over 100 lbs, we use a truck line.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept both Mastercard and Visa.
What is the lead time for parts?
Most orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours.
How can I get an open account?
Just fill out a Credit Application and fax it back to us. Please be sure to include your state tax ID Number.
