• All mechanical centers are custom manufactured with a structural steel base.

Something to remember when considering Mechanical Centers:

• If roof mounted, is there adequate roof steel to support the additional weight?

• If roof curbs are required, is roof flat or pitched? If pitched, the exact pitch must be determined for factory supplied curbs, or contractor will be required to provide shims.

• Do local fire codes require two egress access doors?

• Horizontal receivers are generally required if condenser is at the same level.

• Eight to ten weeks lead time required from receipt of purchase order.
