ColdLoop™ Secondary Systems from Zero Zone are available for use with glycol as the coolant medium. Glycol-based secondary systems are gaining a foothold in the industry and are known for decreasing catastrophic refrigerant leaks due to using earth-friendly chilled glycol to help remove heat from display cases rather than relying on traditional refrigerants typically used in direct expansion systems. ColdLoop™ Secondary Systems are available in configurations that work with traditional DX systems, Edge™ Distributed Systems, Outdoor Parallel Systems, and walk-in coolers.
