Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! We also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks!
Our company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations & Product Management, the Sales Correspondent is responsible for providing sales support to our customers, field representatives, and Regional Sales Managers from our North Prairie, WI facility. The following are the essential duties and responsibilities you can expect to do:
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of quotes, orders, and acknowledgements, including follow-up
- Work within company-specific software to develop price quotations, schedules, product feature selections, and logistics support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, interpret, and analyze customer inquiries, needs, and requirements.
- Prepare quotations from RFQs received from sales reps, RSMs, or customers using established procedures while applying appropriate information.
- Distribute information to appropriate parties.
- Enter orders accurately upon receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) or approved documentation.
- Communicate to the customer accurate delivery dates.
- Intermediate understanding of product lines to recommend and match product applications to relevant product.
- Work with Engineers to ensure accuracy of selections for assorted configurations.
- Collaborate in groups consistent of team members of multiple departments.
- Create checklists and training presentations.
- Create, maintain, and revise department processes and procedures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer specifications
- Utilize KPIs as a metric in support of department continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use of metric tools to support daily standard work.
- Enter Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) when necessary.
- Maintain customer spreadsheets with accurate data when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of IFS ERP
- Understanding of basic principles of mathematics and accounting.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience or related experience.
