Our company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the Service Support Supervisor, the Service Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to the service technicians in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting field technicians on commercial display cases and refrigeration systems.
  • Record calls into IFS – ERP system.
  • Respond to service support email requests.
  • Place warranty part order and have them shipped to contractors
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

  • Certification in HVAC-R and 2-3 years of HVAC-R experience
  • Must know the basic refrigeration sequence of operation, can read basic wiring, pipping diagrams, and controllers’ parameters.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet daily deadlines.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read basic wiring and pipping diagrams
  • Ability to read controller’s parameters.
  • Ability to clearly communicate directions in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
